The surface provides excellent weatherproofing and resistance to corrosion. It stands up very well to scratching and impact and the electrical insulation properties are good.

Overspray recovery, automated procedures and the creation of a thick coating build in only one step makes the manufacturing process very economical.
Although Aalberts can and does apply powder coatings such as nylon (Rilsan), epoxy and polyester, our batch process equipment lends itself to small volume/high value components. We have two semi automatic plants in Germany dedicated to the application of these powder coatings.
