The non-woven industry tends to use significant amounts of adhesive during the production of their end products: – nappies, kitchen towel, toilet rolls, disposable tablecloths, cleaning cloths, polishing cloths and hand wipes.

Having been serving this industry for decades, Impreglon UK has proven adhesive specific solutions to give virtually any component a non-stick or easy clean surface. Thus Impreglon UK has coatings to deal with permanent tack adhesive, hot melt adhesive, water based adhesive, solvent based adhesive and even superglue.

The coatings can be applied to moving and static components such as: drive roll, idle roll, guide roll, vacuum pad, vacuum roll, vacuum shell, screens, glue applicator wheel, glue bath, glue heater platen, glue tank, glue gun, drip tray, catch tray, folding block, folding arm and folding blade. Please note that we don’t coat the non-woven materials themselves, just the equipment used to make the non-wovens.
